SOCCER LAW
The soccer law is a specific and actual field, which is not well known in our country. The main problem is connected with implementation of numerous acts of World Organisation FIFA and her European analogue – UEFA and various interests of soccers, clubs, managers from one side and soccer centre from another. The complete legislation here is drafted in line with international rules. The matter is dynamic, interests are valuable and we have considerable experience built in many years.
COMPETITION LAW
Preventing of competition from the state owned enterprises mastodons and from the state creating considerable problems to the liberty of private sector. Similar problems are creating the privatized ex-state owned entities, which are unduly favorized in their filed according to their privatization agreements. We have experience in handling of cases connected with Port services before Supreme Administrative court.

We provided legal services to number of banks in connection with risk assessment in investing in purchase of ships as well as to the entry in mortgages in ship registers – in Bulgaria and abroad.
